Each window-cleaning company controls its customer and field-work records. The Roundflow operator acts as a processor for that workspace and as controller for account, billing, security and support records.
Account and company identity, customer contact and property information, service and visit records, ledger evidence, communication preferences, private completion photographs, device/synchronisation records and subscription/support audit data.
To provide the contracted service, protect tenant data, maintain reliable financial and operational history, support users and meet legal obligations. Marketing consent remains separate from service communication permission.
Provider secrets remain server-side. Route geocoding sends only a postcode to Postcodes.io; customer names, access notes and full addresses are not included.
Users can update their profile, export company data where authorised, change communication preferences and initiate account or company deletion. Some financial, fraud-prevention and security evidence may be retained for a documented legal period.
