Commercial launch draft · 20 August 2026

Terms of service

These product-facing terms describe the intended service boundary. They must be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor and completed with the operator details before launch.

  1. 1Sean Elliot trading as Roundflow is the initial contracting party. The approved business correspondence address, cancellation terms and liability wording must be completed before checkout is enabled.
  2. 2Roundflow is business software for organising work; the company remains responsible for its services, staff, customer relationships, tax and legal compliance.
  3. 3The company owner controls membership, billing, exports and company-deletion requests. Users must protect credentials and report suspected unauthorised access.
  4. 4Trials, prices, plan limits and paid features must be shown before purchase. A suspended subscription blocks operational access but preserves a route to billing recovery and data deletion.
  5. 5Customer money and the company’s Roundflow subscription are separate. Connected customer payments use the company’s provider account; card or bank credentials are not stored by Roundflow.
  6. 6Availability, support expectations, data retention, liability, termination, governing law and the final contracting entity require legal approval before production launch.
