Capture a photograph from the visit before confirming the outcome. Roundflow keeps a durable local copy and uploads it privately only after the completion exists.

Step by step

How to do it

Open an assigned visit and choose Add completion photo.

Allow camera access when the device asks.

Capture and review the photograph.

Complete the visit. The outcome is sent before the photograph.

Open Offline & sync to confirm the photograph has uploaded or remains safely queued.

What you should see

The photograph appears on the completed visit through a short-lived private link and is not publicly accessible.

Troubleshooting

If something does not look right

The camera does not open

Open the device settings for Roundflow and allow camera access, then return to the visit and try again.

The photo remains queued

Confirm the visit outcome has synced first. Photographs wait until the server has accepted the completion.
