Create your account and company

Set up the owner account and create the private workspace for your business.

Short answer

Create one Roundflow account with your email address, then add your company details. The first user becomes the owner of a private company workspace.

Step by step

How to do it

Choose Create account and enter your email address and a password of at least 12 characters.

Open the verification email if your environment requires email confirmation, then sign in.

Enter your display name, company name and optional company contact details.

Choose Create company. Roundflow creates the company and your owner membership together.

Create your first round or open Customers to begin adding work.

You arrive in the office dashboard with an active company selected. The same account can be used in the field app.

Troubleshooting

Secure account services are not connected in this environment. Use the contact page and choose Getting started so we can help.

Check your email for a verification message, then return to Roundflow and sign in with the same address.
