Work offline and resolve sync issues

Keep field work safe on the device and understand queued, failed or conflicting changes.

Short answer

Open assigned work while connected so Roundflow can cache it. Outcomes recorded without signal stay on the device and sync automatically after the connection returns.

Step by step

How to do it

  1. 1

    Open Today while connected before leaving reliable coverage.

  2. 2

    Continue opening visits and recording outcomes if the app reports Working offline.

  3. 3

    Open More, then Offline & sync, to see queued changes.

  4. 4

    Reconnect and choose Sync now if the queue does not begin automatically.

  5. 5

    For a failed item, choose Retry. For a conflict, review the message before choosing Retry or Use server version.

What you should see

Successfully accepted outcomes leave the queue once, with no duplicate completion, charge, payment or next visit.

If something does not look right

Today is empty while offline

Assigned work must be opened once while connected before it is available offline on that device.

A conflict needs review

Retry after checking the server state. Use server version only when you intentionally want to discard the queued local change.
